We are committed to protecting your personal data and respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information about you when you visit our website or engage our advisory services (together, the “Services”).

• Engagement materials you share with us: pitch decks, data rooms, financials, cap tables, business plans, and related documents.

• Scheduling information when you book a call with us.

Information collected automatically:

• Log and usage data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and timestamps.
• Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 9).

Information from third parties: publicly available business and investor information used to research and match opportunities, and data from our scheduling and analytics providers.

• Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)): to provide the advisory services you have engaged us for.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only as follows:

• Investors and introductions: with your prior agreement, we share your company materials with specific investors as part of the fundraising process. We do not share materials without your authorisation for each process.
• Service providers: trusted processors who help us operate (e.g. hosting, scheduling, email and analytics providers), acting under data processing agreements.
• Legal requirements: where required by law, regulation, or court order.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.

Where our providers process data outside the European Economic Area, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, or transfer only to jurisdictions recognised as providing an adequate level of protection under the GDPR.

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide the Services and for a period afterwards to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements — typically up to three years after the end of an engagement, unless a different period is required by law. Engagement materials are deleted on written request, subject to those obligations.

Strictly necessary cookies are required for the site to function; analytics cookies help us improve it using anonymised data.
